I have been experiencing great difficulty with my registration as the registration department and the law department have both been equally shockingly unhelpful, lazy to check the system for information and neither listen nor respond to queries.

Cleo from the AME assisted in getting the registration department accept my registration. He did not have to as he works at the AME department and it was the reg department's job to call and resolve the matter. He called me back when he promised to and also followed up. He was professional, efficient, caring and surely went the extra mile to assist me.
