Borrowing money from African Bank

I was approached by two consultants of African Bank, Sibusiso Buthelezi and Cleo Madiba to borrow R60, 000 so that they could invest it for me with a high return, in June 2012. On the 15th June 2012, at 5pm, I withdrew this money out of my account and gave it to Cleo Madiba. The promise was that after 3 months, i would get R175, 000 for my investment. This did not materialise and I'm still waiting for them to give me back this money. I contacted Cleo Madiba and he informed me that he was coming back to me to provide me with information. They have not contacted me again about the money I had invested. Please let me know what can I do as I am paying off this loan.
