Good day

I have booked in a device on the 5-10-13 @the gateway Cell C Store, any ways I do understand your guys have a turnaround time of 15days, I would really appreciate if you guys can take the time to prioritize the device would appreciate that also I did state that I requested a brand new device so I would like to hear feedback as soon as possible, I hope Cell C really change the ways they do stuff cause they never sort lots of my other problems really getting tired of Cell c and their terrible service, phones customer care but those are a joke serious called head office number doesn't exist
