Good day
I cant not express my disappointment in MTN as a valued customer.
1. Part of my contract is to receive 200MB of data montly. For the month of October my account was not credit with this
2. I've requested that my account migrate to a top up 350 # 2889952. After the migration when I cheched my balance it was changed to a topup 200
3. On 11 Nov I send a mail requesting the above and why my balance due reflect as R579.50 as my contract amount is for R400 with no re-ply
I'm so disappointed with MTN, I which I can cancel my contract and rather join Vodacom
