Disgusting service, bad attitude! Cell C/Autopage

I signed a contract for a 3G device with Autopage Cellular - Gateway branch in May 2013 and my account is being debited every single month without fail. In December, I started experiencing problems with network coverage. I went into the Autopage store on 9 December and explained the issue to Regina (staff). I was told that a call would be logged with Cell C. I went into the store again on 27 December and this time was attended to by Jadene. She said she will follow up. Still nothing! I went in again on the 3 January and this time was told I need to fill in a form. It took the staff at this store almost a month to realise that a form needed to be completed! a month for which I was debited and couldn't use the device that I was paying for! I asked to see the manager but he wasn't available. And the staff wouldn't furnish me with an e-mail address to send my complaint in writing. On 6 January I received an e-mail from Jadene which she received from their head office advising to allow for 10 days turnaround time. I'm still waiting!!! 2 payments for non-existent service and a non-functioning device. Is this how you treat your contracted customers Cell C/Autopage?
