Device taken in for repairs, never sent to repairs

I took my device in for repairs, I was given a job card and all the rest. As I have now been using the device, as per CellC's instructions in my other report (https:///cell-c/complaints/excessive-bad-service-1006134) And I will highlight quickly the part you are bound to in your agreement "Cell C is only liable if at the time of the incident the Goods it sold you are fitted with the SIM Card it sold you under the Subscriber Agreement." So now I was using the device, with my sim after paying for the repairs myself... and since the problems started occuring while using my sim, this then falls under the C-Cover warranty/insurance...

However, and here's the kicker, It has never left the store and has never been checked in with CellC to even be repaired/replaced... I booked the device in on the 30/05/2013... 3 weeks ago!!! No feedback, no updates and when I call repairs, NO PHONE! Seriously? I am fed up CellC! I need my phone back or a new 1, 1 that works!!
