Holding for 40 mins

I called MTN call centre 3 times, the first 2 times i was disconnected. 3rd time was i was transferred to the cancellation department and i have been holding for 50mins.i e-mailed them and received an e-mail saying that a consultant will contact me within 24-48hrs 7 days later i haven't received the call yet. All i need is to switch my contract to prepaid. Please assist???
