I logged a call via SMS at 7pm last night (in fact I sent about 5 sms's in frustration) and was only called back at approx. 11am today. I find that totally unacceptable. We had urgent work to complete last night and had to wait 14 for a response from Afrihost. I've received this type of late response before. To us it seems that your support staff couldn't be bothered to answer these calls or think that they are not urgent and that they can call us back anytime. Let me inform you that some of us run businesses from home and have urgent work to do. And before you tell me that you were very busy - well that's your problem, not mine. Hire more staff if you have to but please don't dish this sort of support to your customers - it's likely to send people to other service providers.
