Good Morning

I am one liveried customer and seeking urgent assistance.

I recently bought a phone through MTN direct, now I received exceptional service from your division but now I'm left with no phone for 2 weeks now because some at the service center at the V&A Waterfront (Lameez Amoo) did not do her work properly.

My Phone has now been sent back to the store twice by the warrantee center because they did not fill in the details correct.

The first time they forgot to send the POD, now I call a week later only to find out that it states that I have bought the phone in January.

Really I don't even have this contract for a month, I only used the phone for three days and this is the @, .$# I have to deal with.

Please provide me with details of that Store Manager or Area Manager as this is unacceptable.
