Worst customer service in the country!

I had my line transferred when I moved from KZN to JHB. What a joke this was. It took 2 months and many hours on the phone and numerous visits to telkom stores to only be told that infrastructure would only be available in 2015 in our complex. The service was subsequently cancelled as it could not be delivered by Telkom. I was relieved that this headache was finally over.
Clearly I had spoken too soon... I received a bill this month for the aforementioned non existent services. I contacted the call centre and was put throughout to billing. I was told by the billing department that this was not there problem and I would need to speak to some one in the cancellation department. Have you ever tried to get hold of the cancellation department? I have tried everyday and have given up after being put on hold for most times upto an hour. So not only is money wasted but also my time!!!
