LYING TO CLIENT TO LOCK INTO CONTRACT

I called in on around the 3rd August to cancel my contract 0824295213 as upgrade was done and Vodacom did not keep to the agreement as was set out initially.
I was told I would be compensated on a monthly basis for their error by having a gig of data loaded free on my account.
on the 2nd of September I called in as the data was not loaded as they agreed and they promised to have it rectified by the 1 October.
today is the first of October and now they are conveniently charging me for the promised free data.
I stupidly enough did a upgrade on another account due to the fact that they were rectifying the problem.
I have now been to more then enough by your company.
start cancelling all my contracts as you are clearly not ethical
