Contract break twice and

This is the second time my father and I are having a problem with MTN in this year. We signed a contract for a debit order which did not go off for three months the first time. It was then sorted out with MTN and my father confirmed all details and banking details to the MTN customer care. Then for the last three months the debit order did not go off again. Then they switced off the phones service. The amount owed is R1592. My father phoned MTN customer care and made an arrangement with them. They said that he can pay half the amount owed in June and the other half in July and then MTN will switch the phones service back on in June. Then on the 11th of June, MTN send a sms to my father to pay R792 immediately or they will hand him over. He then paid that amount on the same day. Then on the 15th of June, MTN subtracted R1592 from my dads account. And to top that, the phones service is still off. This time we went to a lawyer for breaking a contract twice, and breaking an arrangement. We have had it with MTN and their poor and terrible service. This better be sorted out soon from MTN's side. Or our lawyer is going to take this further.
