I payed the insurance for 10-12 years, and when my father died on the 02/11/2013 Phillip Matsila and they promised to bury till today i'm still waiting, called in and spoke to a guy by the name of Isaac since the 03/11/2013 till 06/11/2013 and he was very rude and wasn't of assistance and also spoke to a lady by the name of Busi friday on the 08/11/2013 and then she confirmed that the insurance was cancelled while they still debiting from my account, she then promised a call back for Monday the 11/11/2013 which we never received, my father is now buried and we haven't heard anything from them, This is very poor service as an email was also sent by no response, such companies and people who work there are very incompetent and should be closed down. Can i please be contacted as this is very frustrating my money is being taken with no service rendered. This is very unfair and very terrible to people who rely on stupid companies to help when they in need. i struggled burying my father as we didn't have sufficient funds for the funeral and we were depending on the insurance money to be payout..
