Poor customer care on upgrade

I finally received my Samsung Galaxy note II phone on Friday 8th of February 2013. This was after the consultant at head office told me telephonically that everything will be sorted and delivery will be on the Wednesday 2 days earlier. This has been a series of mishaps and poor customer service and follow from Autopage as a company. Even though I asked for a Silver/metallic phone I received a white one. This has initially lead me to believe that the phone was dispatched according to the specification from Autopage Parkview where I changed my contract from a Blackberry to the Samsung with the following:
o Talk 500
o 500MB data
o White Samsung Galaxy note II
This should have resulted in me paying less than my monthly average of R900 on the new upgrade.

Great to my surprise I had to find out from Autopage Parkview this weekend when I queried my contract that the specification of the upgrade was cancelled by head office (even though this was not discussed telephonically on Monday with the consultant). According to Yolanda at Parkview Autopage she could not assist me since this was done by Head Office. Surely the upgrade should be according to what was spesified?
