VODACOM DOES NOT HANDLE ONLINE FAULT? WAT B.S.!!!

Basically. the same day as I got my new phone delivered (which was supposed to come with a wireless charging pad, but didnt), I decided to phone in and just quickly sort it out. Kind and understanding I phoned in but nobody had a clue to about what I was talking about and said they would log a fault. around 20 calls later, i phoned and apparently there was no fault logged. so I re-logged the fault. again... after a week (Of calling them daily because they dont call back as promised) i was told to contact a company called "INTER-ACTIVE" which apparently handles the online orders. Phoned them, spoke to the manager, logged a fault and was told they would get back to me. 3 weeks later and after phoning this company countless times with no response. EVER - not even via email. Vodacom just says that they cant do anything about it. Only "inter-active' can help me.

I purchased the phone from [URL Removed] not INTER-ACTIVE's website. So shouldn't it be vodacoms job to sort the out with the companies that work for them? NOT MINE! I wanted to get another phone and tablet for my company but after this terrible service I would advise everybody to stay the away. not worth it!!
