OUTRAGEOUS BILLING, TOO MUCH CALL CHARGES

Hi. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer ever since my teenage years with my first cellphone. I have lost my old numbers but whenever I get a new phone would prefer to use Vodacom as my service provider. However I have to say lately they have been the worst cellphone service provider and if they are not careful will loose their business to their competitors. I am currently using a Sam sung SII phone but am not on contract. I ensure that every time I buy my data bundles whenever I reload my airtime so that I don't use up the airtime balance. Of late I am spending too much on my airtime, in less than a week because I end up being I have bought airtime amounting to R 100.00 and in that space have made less than 7 calls which where less than 30 minutes in duration. I called the customer care center to explain this and was informed it could be the billing option I have selected of which I change to the various billing options offered and still NO CHANGE, which I am starting to believe that these options are just a cover up to blind their customers into thinking they can better their billing which is not the case. If you don't ACT NOW YOU WILL FOREVER BE LOST YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS (LEAD)
