Bad connection on new data contract

I got a contract via the phone to use on my tablet but would constantly lose connection. I went to the Sandton branch and was given a form to fill in so someone would come to my residence and test and fix the connection problem. I was told told she would SMS me the reference number; it never happened. I went back weeks later (March'13) to ask why nothing had happened and was told to go through the process again. I asked for a reference number and a copy of the form, he said his name was the reference. A month later still nothing so just stopped using the sim. October I went to the branch to ask they cancel my contract for none performance, with the copy that was given to me previously and the third consultant told me that I will be forced to pay for the months left on my contract (a very important clause that was I NEVER told before) or I should fill in a form so that a technician can come to my residence, A PROCESS I WOULD BE DOING FOR THE THIRD TIME!! The 2nd consultant did not send it correctly. Finally they asked to come Tuesday (impossible since I don't work close to home), they cannot come during the weekend so they would pass by the area on their own. I have not heard back since.
