I am writing this note, because nobody at Telkom contacted me about the last report and complaint I had posted. I am disappointed and disgusted that I did not even get an sms for an apology. All I got was an email stating the amount due for the month. So my last statement is true, all they want is money and give no customer service. I read a few compliments about the business, which overall is so what true, but generally I personally feel like I am just a being neglected overall.
