False infromation

We live in an estate called Acacia, Some of the units in the estate already has line installed and working ADSL line.

We moved and asked for them to transfer the number. True to Telkom it would take 7 - 21 days for this to be installed.

A week later we receive a message that there is no infrastructure in our complex. (Note the above part where there are already lines)

Once again Telkom is true to their own ways of showing the true meaning of incompetence.
