Phoned fixed within 2 hrs after sms'ing

During the week our phone stopped working, obviously ADSL as well. I sms'd the 012 number on the back of the latest bill at 07h15.
How is this, besides getting a ref nr within the minute, a technician arrived at 08h30 and by 08h45 the problem was resolved, cable repair on our property
