Still Waiting for my line to be moved

I have been having issues with my ADSL since last year March. First it was slow speeds an then my line stopped working altogether. It is now February and still to date the problem was not fixed.

This has forced me to move houses. Now I'm having issues with this as well!!! The call center agent put the wrong house number in the application form when i phoned. I got the SMS to say the technician was coming out and that everything is correct. I noticed the house number was not correct so I phoned to change it. The technician never arrived.

So I phoned to find out what was happening. I was then told because I changed the house number I have been put on the bottom of the waiting list again. I really need my ADSL sorted out now. Please send a technician to install my line soon.
