Paying more than I should

I had an upgrade, and refer to the September 2013 Catalogue for the 9720 (for anytime 100) R189pm.
I am now paying R230.
I logged a complaint on Saturday 02/11/2013 at Mtn Promenade, and was told that I could expect a call on the Monday. To date, no one got back to me.
The lady assisting me said that I should complain, if no one gets back to me.
I've been a customer with MTN forever, and was never misinformed before.
I hope this matter gets resolved ASAP!!
