Debiting of my account without service rendered

I have a problem with mobimoola they are debiting my account every 3 days but I never received any money from them. I have tried to e-mail them but no response. When I phoned them on that 086 number I asked for them to cancell this and she told me it does not go like that. And that the money will be transfered. That was in October 22013 now its. November
