Pathetic service trying to upgrade phone!!

I have been trying to upgrade my phone since 25 April 2013. I phoned Virgin Mobile retention department and did the upgrade telephonically, I was then informed it would take 5-7 working days for my phone to be delivered to me. It is now the 23rd of May and I still have not received my phone or any indication as to when I will be receiving it.

I have phoned their customer care call line numerous times, all that I am told is that they are upgrading their systems. I have lodged a complaint on their Facebook page. a seemingly helpful consultant phoned me and assured me they would look into the matter and phone me Monday 20 may 2013 to discuss a resolution to my problem. No follow up was done by Virgin on the Monday. I again lodged a complaint on their Facebook page, which was then deleted by their administrators. I again on the 22nd of may requested some kind of indication when this matter will be resolved-absolutely no answer or response! In the mean time I am paying for a phone I do not even have!!

This service is pathetic and their absolute nonchalant attitude to customer service is appalling!
All I want is an indication as to when I can expect delivery of my phone
