I am at my wits end trying to cancel a Vodacom contract without paying any penalty fees. Due to the fact the Vodacom cannot deliver. The reason for this is the fact we have to pay a subscription every single month for a phone that doesn't work. The phone has been in to Vodacom's repair shop three times now already. On the 18/04/2013 (within it's OBF period), the 23/05/2013 and the 23/10/2013. I've been trying to get rid of my contract since November 2013 without any assistance from anyone at Vodacom whatsoever. However when i decided to stop paying Vodacom was very quick to phone me for payment. This is the part that i don't get, since I've been trying to cancel everyone's excuse is that they will get back to me. Let's take Siya Nkabinde [Email Removed] )for example, the last correspondence i had from him was on the 19/12/2013. Since then I've e-mailed and never heard back.
