On the 1st Nov I got account and I was still outstanding with 339.00 I called web africa and they told me I Have activated a nother service on my account, I ask how is this possible due to I have just check prices on the 28th of oct and didn't comfirm any thing. even ask the ladie that i was talking to to follow up from hir side because on the 28th i didn't get a confirmation from web africa or any thing, and her response was due to the service was only activated on the 1st. Now even I pay by chq account my self and and i have not selected debit order this I know and still they deduct the money by debit order, I'm still waiting from the 1st for feed back for my problem and know debit order that i havent requested it clearly shows how and what sort of busniss web africa is running and how busniss is just taking what they want and how the are operating and how they system error becomes yours if you are with them
