Really Bad service

I phone in, in last week and ask to be sent a quote. Mogammad activated the quote. I didn't buy the car, so i called in to let them know i would not be buying the car, then i was told the quote hasbeen activated alraeady.
I spoke to his manager to have the debit order stopped from running on my accout, the debit order has still run on my account. and now i am having problems getting my money back from discovery.
This is the worst servious i have every gotten from discovery.
