I am very disappointed with miWay's unsatisfying service. I once called the miWay to change the debit order details. an agent confirmed that all had been changed. BUT at month-end the debit order came to the wrong and old account and bounced as there no funds in the account.

Towards end of January I decided to check the bank details online and they were correct. So I relaxed. come the debit order day, miWay went to the old account AGAIN.

I called their call centre again to complain about this. They guy I spoke checked and realised that they are not collecting from the right account that is displayed on their website.

I told him i was calling from a cellphone and it might cut off. When miWay came to try for the second time, they went to the wrong account again.

Now why didn't they sort my problem after I explained what is going on?

Every time this thing happens, it costs me R120.00. This is way too much.

Please fix this as soon as possible as this is not fun for me at all.
