I did a funeral quotation on line with them and a lady called me back to comfirm the details and debit order dates.then a week later i called back just to enquire about the policy but the guy i spoke to told me there was nothing on the system and therfore we had to do it again and we did.a week later the 1st debit went through on the 27sep and i called to enquire and also on the 3rd of oct the 2nd debit went through i called them again to ask what was happening they told me to send them proof of the 2 debit orders and i did.and till today im stil waiting for them to sort it out and anothert debit order has gone through again last week and they havent resolved the matter.i want all my money back and ive even had to cancel all policies i have with them.
