My husband took out a cellphone contract in Cavendish square Vodacom in october2013. 31st October we then contacted cellsure. got insurance application form and then took form too Cavendish where they then told us that the insurance would be activated by Nomhle. On 04/11/2013 i lost my mobile fone wanted to claim from insurance and was told that Nomhle had not activated the insurance. I have been contacting cell sure ever since and to my dismay nothing has been done about it. today mercia the team leader in admin department said that my claim and insurance was rejected because of my husband age. I am disgusted in the way I have been handled. I feel its totally wrong that I should continue paying for a cellphone that I no longer have if I did make provision for insurance.
