Vodacom - most terrible client service ever!!!

I was contacted by a Vodacom call centre early in April regarding an Internet Promo Bundle. The agent also asked if I would be interested in Insurance on my handset, to which I responded NO!!! I already have insurance with Hollard. The 12th of April I receive a sms informing me that Insurance has been activated on my Handset, and on the same day my daughter receives a sms informing that insurance has been activated on her handset as well. I want the call traced and action taken against the agent who went against my instructions and activated this insurance. 29 April I phoned the Customer Care line to follow up on the matter and have this insurance cancelled, just to be told that it is not the right department and they cannot assist. I have to complete a cancellation form??? So you can activate insurance without a form or even consent, but when I insist that you correct your errors you wash your hands and say you can't assist and now all of a sudden you require written confirmation of cancellation???
To this day 9 July I am still waiting for Vodacom to credit my account with the money they from me.

I am moving to another provider, I hate Vodacom.
