Cannot deliver cellphones on time and no feedback

I did 2 upgrades on 22 October. I am still waiting for the 2nd phone to arrive after numerous phone calls and promises.

My advice - don't use these guys to upgrade if they were the last people on the planet!! They are an irresponsible bunch of who don't seem to know what is going on in their company, and make promises they can't keep!

Their service is despicable, and I will not do business with them again. The amount of time spent to date on this issue has been detrimental to my work productivity.

My questions to their (mis) management are:
1: Why wasn't I informed initially that the 2nd cellphone was in stock?
2: If the 1st cellphone reached me in less than a day and a half, why does it need 3 days for the other phone to get to me?
3: Why was I not informed after my call on 31 October that my cellphone had not been dispatched? I had to call on Tuesday 5 November to find this out?
