Autopage
Autopage service is pathetic

I reported that every sms I received was delivered multiple times to my phone over a month ago. This was reported on Hello Peter on 19 September-"Multiple Sms's-. Autopage responded on 24/2/2013 that the problem had been resolved- not true. See "REQ:2696608 Resolved".
First they said it was a hardware problem. Then a (MTN) software problem. Then a hardware problem- again..
They still have not:
1.returned my phone;
2.advised what was/is wrong- ie- software or hardware.
3.given me a quote to repair the cracked glass- which they have twice promised I would receive by close of business THAT day- the last one was about 3 weeks ago..
My reaction- I will avoid doing business with Altech Autopage ever again and am porting my number from MTN
