Part 1 : Cell C What happens Happen!!!

Hi @ All Cell C peeps
I took a very long time to decide which phone I will upgrade to. Eventually I decided I will go for the Samsung S4.
Now I just had to decide which Network... and honestly Cell C, after all my research, came out on top.
However I think there customer care and turnaround time for repairs is and will be the down fall.
To my amazement (sarcasm) who knew... it didn't disappoint.
Not only did they take 2months to get back to me after applying online for the phone, they brought the wrong phone.
Wrong model and wrong colour... not surprised when the courier said he can't take it back I need to call customer care.
Called Cell C Customer Care and was advised they have NO models available and waiting period 4-6 weeks.
Cellphone company with no phones (No.1)
Acknowledged and stuck with the phone, after all it's the hardware that counts not the colour.
However when the hardware fails you... who you gonna Cell C customer Care.
Which I did, explained the phone has an echo, battery heats up when charging, have to reboot the phone to get 3G/Internet working after connecting or disconnecting from WiFi.
Received several APN settings,
