I moved from Vodacom to Cell C. BIGGEST mistake. Since I got my Blackberry from Cell C and 2 year contract, I've had nothing but problems monthly. Each month I have to call Cell C when they deduct money from my account for them to activate my BIS (no big thing). But the BIGGER problem is that every month they have to update the software on my phone and there is always network issues in JHB. SO, BASICALLY I'M PAYING FOR A SERVICE WHICH I'M NOT GETTING.

Today, 28 October 2013. I called them yet again beacause my phone got a white screen. Call centre answer: "Not our problem. It's the Blackberry suppliers problem". I was transferred 4 times but no one could help me. They didn't have a manager available and did not even know who their Regional manager is. Shameful... Last year also my phone was taken in for a month for repairs... Cell C response: Oops faulty phone.
If someone from senior management reads the message, I would be eternally grateful if they call me to resolve my issue. My number is 084 557 5929. Nash.
