I called 084 145 to find out if i qualify for an upgrade.
it was the longest 8 minutes of my life. there was no option to speak directly to a consultant.
instead i had to select the various options that was being provided.
eventally after 7.28 min i managed to get what i called in for.
not a user friendly service and i will not want to do this again
