Confirmation of Payment and Credit Bureau Clearanc

On the 28th of October I settled my account in full. I then called Vodacom on the 30th of October to request a Payment Confirmation letter and that my credit record be updated, and I was assured that this would be sent to me and credit Bureau notified. I have received nothing, I called again on the 5th of November asking about this, and again I was assured that this was going to be sent to me and to the Credit Bureau. STILL NOTHING!!!

I have just ckecked my credit record, and this is still not updated.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW??? The line I am calling on is 0821905!
