Incorrect Account information to Credit Bureau

Account nr I2418080-7 has been paid in full on the 28th of October, yet it still shows as outstanding on my credit report from the Credit Bureau. I have complained about this before, but nothing has been done by Vodacom to rectify this. I have received a letter of payment confirmation on the 13th of November, but for some reason this same information has not been sent to the Credit Bureaus even though Vodacom assured me they would do.
