I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY INSURANCE!!!

For 3 months, i have been trying to cancel my MTN insurance as i have another cover. i have tried calling the call centre and for the first 3 weeks, i coudnt even get through and had to wait for an HOUR!!.

I finally got the form to cancel my insurance and still IT WASNT CANCELLED!!.. Its not fair that MTN is making me pay for a service i dont need!!!

what MTN is doing is very wrong
