ATTEMPT TO CANCEL CELLPHONE INSURANCE HAS FAILED

I have been to the Jet store at the Pan Africa Mall to cancel my Jet cellphone insurance for a countless time now since I paid up the balance. The consultants at the store will assist me with friendliness and call the jet call centre to cancel and they will confirm the cancellation but when I receive my statement it is still not cancelled. Please I want my refund for the insurance money for two months that I have cancelled and I want the insurance to be cancelled please. Cancel the cellphone insurance I do not need it anymore as the cellphone is old now.
