Terrible speed / No help in resolving

I have been with Axxess for well over a year now and I am sad to say that the service / products supplied are getting worse by the day...

I have a 10meg uncapped account which should be giving me /- 900kbps download speed and let me stream 1080p smoothly. Over the last month my account speed seems to have slowed to 20kbps and I can't stream more than 480p video.

I phoned the call center and had to wait for exactly 10 minutes for someone to answer. To which I was advised that I am not being throttled and there is nothing wrong with my account.

I did a speed test this morning and it fails to even get half way through the test before failing. (What should take 10 seconds takes over 5 minutes and then fails)

This has happened before and you have to go through 10 different channels being pushed back and forth between Axxess and Telkom to get any sort of resolution, which I am not happy to do for the how many'th time...

I am seriously considering other service providers even if they are more expensive.

I hope Axxess will get someone who can ACTUALLY resolve my issue to contact me
