Trying to cancel my insurance!

I have now called out over R100 worth of airtime trying to get in touch with this pathetic insurance provider just to cancel my insurance with them. Each time i phone the call centre, i wait for minutes on end without any answer! Please just cancel my insurance, as i found cheaper insurance at edgars.
