Very stubbon when you want to cancel their product

On the 27/8/2013 i called Nedbanks insurance department to cancel my credit life cover that i have on my loan as i'm paying close to R500 and i was advised to go to the branch to have it cancelled, i went to their office park around Menlyn and i gave them proof of my other insurance which the consultant at the branch advised that it is sufficient to cancel the one i have with Nedbank, to my surprise on the 15/09/2013 they deducted their premium inclusive with the credit life cover, i then contacted them on the 17/09/2013 to request a refund and they said that they haven't received the cancellation request. I then re e-mailed it to them and today they tell me that i need to send a cession form of which i advised them that the insurance i have doesn't have such a form. All the criterias they need to have the credit life cover cancelled are on the schedule i mailed to them yet this Conny character is giving me hussles to have their cover cancelled. It's clear that they are too expensive and now that i want to have it cancelled i'm being send from pillar to post. Please just cancel the cove
