Poor Service and do not honour promotional deal

On the 5th September 2013, I went to Brooklyn Square MTN store (shop 43), with the intentions to upgrade my cellular phone contract. i had all required documents with me PLUS a letter i received from cellular Networks with a promotional deal of R300.00 Discount on any accesories. when i showed a service consultant (Francois Du Preez) that letter, he then adviced that the discount is not through MTN as such, HOWEVER, should i opt to upgrade my contract through them (Brooklyn Square MTN Store), they will credit my MTN account with R700.00 as to beat the promotional deal i got from cellular networks. It made sense to me to opt to do my upgrade through them and like that i did. then i was adviced that the credit should be within 24hours of request and the Mtn account should be credited. this dragged for couple of weeks until i made a personal enquiry at the store, They made their follow up and ever since no one contacted me back and even to this point nothing has happened with regards to the credit. i take this as an offence since i made my upgrade decision motivated by this credit. i take this as misleading and deceiving in order to win customers. i can terminated the contract.
