I see that there have been 128 complaints on Hello Peter in last 60 days, so then I guess the answer to my question is NO!

I cancelled my contract on 26 August and was told that my phone would be collected within 10 working days. Well is has now been over 2 months.

Call reference number EC-ZH2M-2DNXK9.

I sent a mail to customer service now and get an automated response to say I must authenticate myself.

Believe me I would not take the time and effort to write an email complaint if I am not serious.

Let's hope you treat this complaint seriously.
