I had an unlimited voice contract which I changed to completely unlimited contract (08/11/13). Since the changeover I cannot connect to cellular data. Called the call centre and they said there is a problem with their network. It would have been nice for telkom to tell me that before I changed the contract. I feel really cheated. A request was made to revert to the old contract, I was informed that I cannot do that. The terms and conditions of this new contract does allow one to change. Could somebody ask the call centre consultants to read the relevant documents before giving advice.
