On receipt of my September & October 2013 invoice & statement, I noticed unusual call charges on my account. I went into MTN V&A Waterfront on Friday (1/11/13) to query the charges. I was told that I would need to request itemised billing then a complaint could be logged. I did so & was advised that it would cost me R21 for the itemised billing. On receipt thereof, I went back to MTN V&A. The consultant I spoke to advised that from the system, it appeared as if my data bundle had not been loaded in Sept & Oct & hence when using data services, the costs were being charged for as calls. The consultant took the documentation I had with me & printed a report from the system which evidenced this fact. She said that she would log the call with MTN, but as it was a Friday, the call would only be logged on Monday (4/11/13) & that I would hear from MTN by the latest Wednesday (6/11/13). I heard nothing from MTN. As I was at the V&A yesterday (6/11/13) I went into MTN & enquired as to the progress. I was advised that she had not heard from MTN & that she would log the call again. She undertook to call me back by 5pm yesterday, but never did. I am now being charged when I shouldn't be.
