Still no response from 8ta after complaint

I am still waiting on my confirmation of cancelled contract! Early penalty fees paid! Since my previous complaint '' 24mo contract'' I have received no response whatsoever! No contract confirmation cancellation nothing! Can a simple thing not be done by just cancelling a contract?
