Cancellation of Contract

I have requested that my contract gets cancelled 20th June 2013 when my contract ends. I have requested it on my.account which I was told it will be sent to the cancellations department. I phoned in. I sent two emails to which I just received confirmation that the mails was received. I have received no confirmation that it will be cancelled. This is more a courtesy complaint that I will reject any debits after June and have all the proof to sent to transunion should you say I didn't cancel in time and still owe you money.
