Still waiting!!!

Hi Ruth
I got a call on Friday1Nov at 11:00am and the person whose I name I forgot, says he is dealing with the matter and will call me back in 5minutes, I waited but got no call back, went to edgars and spoke to one consultant who said it was resolved, yet in the same conversation told me it was not and that a supervisor would call me back in 30minutes, I went about my business, got no call back within 2hours and was told that the supervisor was on a call and could not speak to me or return my call as he/she leaves at 4o'clock, I asked if I could be put through to technical staff member but was told they have all ready left for the day and when asked if they they work on weekends he said no and that all he could do was make a note of my problem! so I feel that as a non-customer I am EXTREMELY HAPPY that I do not have an account with you and feel that the people that are associated/affiliated to your company are aware that all you offer is empty and frustrating promises! it has been 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for the recordings of my conversations with all your consultants and at least for someone in your company to take RESPONSIBILITY!!
